The aim of the project developed for Oesterbank, which works with finished and semi-finished products for varius industries (metal, wood, assembly...) has been to achieve a just in time delivery and the optimization of the order picking system process.
Pick To Light displays have been installed at the outbound side of the warehouse of Oesterbank and the launching of this project has carried an increase of the productivity.
